THE CLEARANCE PROCESS
1. Contact us. We will be happy to discuss your needs and walk you through the process.

2. We will arrange to view and assess the property needing to be cleared at a time suitable with yourself.

3. We will arrange a written no obligation quotation.
​
4. We will clear the property efficiently and in a timely manner. You wont even need to be present if you are unable, as long as we have access to the property we will carry out your instructions.
​
5 We will separate items that can be reused, offered to charity or recycled and dispose of any waste through a local waste transfer station.
​
6. We will sweep up and leave your property clean and tidy afterwards.
​
7. We will supply an invoice on completion and can accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer or we can take a card payment.
​
8. We will arrange for the sale of items if required through a local auction on your behalf and submit to you the proceeds on any sales less their commission.
